Job Description We’re currently recruiting for a Transitions Consultant to join our Award Winning Pension Risk Transfer Business. By joining our Transitions team as a Transitions Consultant, you’ll play a key role in onboarding new Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business into L&G. You’ll work closely with trustees, consultants and other internal teams to ensure that benefits are correctly recorded and administered. This is a hybrid working opportunity, which will allow you to work between both your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you. What you'll be doing: Analysing scheme benefits and data to support legal agreement drafting Ensuring benefit specifications and data are accurate across all teams Managing the progress of allocated schemes and responding to communications Supporting new business origination and attending site visits Advising on administration capabilities and data quality pre-transaction Following processes to maintain audit trails throughout onboarding Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to share key updates Contributing to excellent customer outcomes through timely and accurate work
