Our client, a property-based organisation, is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their day-to-day operations. This role is primarily focused on property-related administration, including the handling of council tax and compliance-related bills across multiple properties and schemes.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and managing property-related invoices and bills, including council tax and compliance costs
* Allocating charges accurately across different properties and schemes
* Liaising with local councils and external bodies when required
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Supporting compliance administration and documentation
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Comfortable working with financial paperwork and invoices
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator with good IT skills
* Property or housing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
