SWIFT Temps Ltd Commercial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse & Administration Assistant for our client based in the Holbeck area of Leeds, on a permanent basis.
Our client, a successful manufacturing distributor, is looking for an Office Warehouse Assistant to join their skilled and expanding Leeds-based team.
Please note this role involves both warehouse work and office duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Inbound and outbound communication with clients
2. Organising and managing client accounts
3. Processing inbound and outbound stock, domestically and internationally
4. Breaking down stock
5. Loading and unloading vehicles
6. Warehouse order picking and packing
7. Generating customer documents using Sage 200 system (quotations, invoices, sales orders, purchase orders)
8. Supporting various roles necessary for the running of the business
Personal Qualities
No previous experience with Sage 200 is required as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is willing to take on new challenges, as this role is hands-on and involves varied duties between office and warehouse work.

* Confident telephone manner
* Flexible and adaptable to daily tasks
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of Office 365 and computer literacy
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday until 4pm, totaling 39 hours per week.

The annual salary is £24,000 plus a 10% company bonus scheme paid quarterly.
