Overview
FAMILY SOLICITOR : LOCUM, 5+ PQE, CIRCA GBP 40 - GBP 50 PER HOUR, LONDON. We are looking for a skilled Locum Family Solicitor to join a respected legal team on a temporary basis, starting immediately. This assignment is expected to run for a minimum of three months and offers the flexibility of working from home for up to 50% of the time. JOB REF: 1002
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload that includes both public and private family matters.
* Ensure work is carried out in line with Legal Aid Agency requirements and compliance.
* Provide high levels of client care with clear verbal and written communication to clients and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with family law experience.
* Experience working autonomously on a busy caseload.
* Legal Aid Supervisor status is required.
