Main duties of a Tax Manager:
* Oversee and manage a mixed portfolio of tax clients.
* Provide reliable tax compliance and advisory services.
* Review technical work produced by junior staff, offering coaching and support.
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
* Assist in strategic initiatives that contribute to the department’s continued growth.
Qualifications to succeed in the Tax Manager role:
* Qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA, or holding equivalent relevant experience.
* Solid understanding of personal and/or corporate tax matters.
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and uphold high standards of work.
* Professional, self-motivated, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
