OVERVIEW: PRODUCT TRAINER\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Product Trainer for a well-established manufacturing company for niche products for individuals with diverse needs and abilities.\n\nBased from home, you will be trained to deliver world-class product training to customers in the Northern Regions, including Manchester, Leeds, Harrogate and Bradford. You must be flexible to travel - company car and fuel card will be provided.\n\nIf you are an experienced hands on, face to face trainer, that has a genuine passion for delivering quality training - please apply! Full product training will be given.\n\nTHE ROLE OF THE PRODUCT TRAINER\n\nResponsible for delivering engaging and informative training courses; you will instil confidence and competence in delegates in the use and operation of products.
The Product Trainer will demonstrate a high level of knowledge and skill in the use of the range of products. You will have strong communication skills and be able to adapt your style to ensure delegates are engaged in the training course and gain the necessary requirements to pass the course.\n\nWe are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a 'hands on approach' to work within this rewarding environment.\n\nMAIN DUTIES - PRODUCT TRAINER\n\nConducting engaging training sessions on customers sites.\nDemonstrating the correct usage of our products and showcasing their features, benefits and USP's,\nDelivery of informative training sessions which develop skills and confidence with delegates to enable them to operate our products to a high level.\nDelivery of correct delegate details and supply to internal team to enable training certificates to be issued.\nWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential sales opportunities and contribute to promotional strategies.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: PRODUCT TRAINER\n\nExperience of delivering training and presenting to groups of people face to face\nTeaching or training qualification at Level 3 or above\nExcellent Interpersonal/communication skills\nFlexibility to travel\nProficient in using Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.\nSelf-motivated, able to work under own initiative and without supervision\nExcellent time management skills to ensure required tasks are monitored and prioritised.\nAbility to coach and influence a range of audiences effectively SALARY/BENEFITS: PROCESS OPERATOR TRAINER\n\n£34K-£36K staring salary plus company car and fuel card\nWork tools provided (mobile/laptop/iPad)\nExcellent Company Benefits Package including pension scheme and life assurance \nGenuine career development opportunities\nFlexible and friendly working environment\nExcellent holiday package - 25 days plus bank hols plus birthday off (can buy extra holidays)\nCandidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
