Primary Tutor Job Description
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to primary school students
* Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
* Collaborate with teachers to support classroom learning goals
* Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in primary education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage young learners
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of the national curriculum for primary education
* Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
* Proficient in using educational technology
* Excellent classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, with flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessions
* Work in a school or educational institution environment
* Interact with students, parents, and school staff on a regular basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
