About the role:
Lancashire is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the service based in Burnley,Lancashire. This role requires a flexible, reliable practitioner who can respond to service needs at short notice and provide cover for annual leave and staff absence when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality assessments and interventions with children and families
* Undertake direct work in the community and, where required, in custodial and court settings
* Work in partnership with parents, carers and partner agencies
* Apply child-first, trauma-informed and restorative practice principles
* Support children to reduce risk, build resilience and achieve positive futures
* Travel across the county when required to meet service needs
