Job Description
3. Utilise accounting software Sage Accounting Plus for financial record keeping and reporting.
4. Update and manage financial and administrative records using Sage Accounting Plus
5. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
6. Assist with accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
7. Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking and ensuring nominal postings are correct
8. Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant Temporary should have:
9. Proficiency in Sage Accounting Plus software
10. Experience with nominal ledger, journal entries, TB, profit and loss and balance sheet
11. Understanding of A2X platform would be advantageous.
12. Strong organisational and communication skills
13. Ability to work independently and meet short-term deadlines
14. Experience in supporting small businesses is a plus
15. Advantageous if you have experience of reverse charge VAT, dealing with foreign currency and detailed stock recording
