o Good research and drafting capabilities.
o Attention to detail regarding regulatory filings and documentation.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
* IPR Management: Assisting in the research and drafting of trademark applications and oppositions.
* Regulatory Support: Gaining proficiency in statutory filings and intellectual property documentation.
* Legal Research: Analyzing precedents related to trademark disputes and brand protection.
* Chamber Work: Assisting in the daily legal operations of an IP-focused practice.
Location
New Delhi (On-Site).
