Principal People have been exclusively appointed to appoint a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor for a global manufacturing organisation based in Warrington.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, the Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor will:
* Conduct operational HSE Duties including Risk Assessments,
* Identify and Fix any HSE Related issues that occur throughout the site
* Build relationships with the wider teams to help increase a positive HSE Culture
* Work collaboratively with the existing HSE Department team
* Create and implement projects to increase HSE Engagement
* Manage both the Health and Safety, and Environmental matters throughout the site (Waste Disposal)
* Work across ISO9001, 14001, 45001
What are they looking for?
* NEBOSH General Certificate
* Experience within High Risk Environments (Manufacturing, Chemicals)
* Environmental Knowledge and experience
* ISO 14001, 45001 experience
* Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing behavioural change.
