Based across North Lanarkshire, you will be responsible for the efficient administration and provision of initial advice and information on debt advice and money management to the general public.
It is essential that you are educated to SVQ3 or HNC level and can demonstrate an extended period of relevant work experience. You should also possess good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with proven numeracy skills. Experience dealing with individuals or groups, working on your own initiative, and occasionally outwith normal working hours is required. Previous experience in money advice, debt counselling, or fair trading is essential.
The ability to travel throughout North Lanarkshire is essential.
Prior to commencing this role, you will be subject to a basic disclosure check via Disclosure Scotland.
