This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in customer engagement, stakeholder liaison, resident liaison, communications or public-facing operational support to join a busy infrastructure environment with strong long-term prospects. Due to increased workload and investment into the contract, there is a high probability of this role becoming permanent following the initial temporary period. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between operational teams, residents, local stakeholders and the wider public, helping to ensure highway works are communicated clearly, professionally and efficiently.
