The HR Advisory Service has an excellent reputation for delivering a high-quality service both internally to Council services and externally to a customer base of over 50 schools, including a number of multi-academy Trusts.
The role
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinkingHR Business Partner to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with senior leaders and managers across the organisation and our school leaders to support organisational change and ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
What's needed?
We are looking for someone who:
· Has significant experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role
· Holds a CIPD qualification
· Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
· Is confident in managing change and navigating complex HR issues
· Is committed to public service values and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
