Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Graduate to join the Transportation team. The position is part of a 2‑year graduate scheme leading to an assistant level role upon completion. The starting salary is £30,000 per annum with potential to rise to approximately £38,000. The programme will begin in September 2026. We do not offer certificates of sponsorship or visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the HR team to support the administration and delivery of HR initiatives including talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, and employee engagement.
* Provide administrative support for employee relation cases with guidance from the HR team.
* Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
* Carry out exit interviews with leavers, to analyse feedback, trends and improve staff retention.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, including liaising with HR and project management teams.

* Graduated in 2026 or within the past three years with a degree in HR or a related field.
