We are looking for a Facilities Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Facilities Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. The Facilities Manager, will be responsible for: * Use proven experiences and knowledge of Facilities Management to manage and maintain the site, with inclusions of Small Work Projects, PPMs and Reactive/Remedial Works. * Demonstrate people management skills as you will have to manage both contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring high levels of delivery within a CPI's, KPI's, PI's environment. * You will be pivotal in engaging and managing key stakeholder relationships including managing multi-disciplinary teams. * Utilising your relevant certifications or qualifications, you will be able to provide relevant insights and be aware of CDM, Health & Safety and other regulations. * Manage, maintain and control costs to ensure there is an achievement of financial targets. * Carrying out audit processes for operational finances, reporting and management information. To be successful for this Facilities Manager role you must have: * Building, Facilities or Site Management experience. * Expert level experience within a Mechanical, Technical or Electrical background. * Relevant qualifications within a skill and Building, Facilities or Site certifications. * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for client management.
