Chase & Holland Recruitment is a well-established, relationship led recruitment consultancy and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who enjoys proactive outbound calling and wants to be rewarded for the business they generate.
This is a phone-led role you’ll spend a large part of your day speaking to decision makers, booking meetings, and opening doors. It’s not a call centre and there’s no script just professional, consultative sales.
What you’ll be doing
Making outbound B2B calls to generate new client opportunities
Speaking with hiring managers and decision makers
Booking quality meetings for the recruitment team
Building a strong new business pipelineWhat’s on offer
