Security Officer – Corporate Security Team, Leeds
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable Security Officer to join our corporate security team at a prestigious site in Leeds. This role is perfect for someone who is committed, professional, and thrives as part of a team.

1. Full-time, Monday to Friday (Days Only)
2. 60 hours/week
3. Competitive hourly rate: £12.53
4. Approximate annual salary: £39, before tax

Your Role
As a Security Officer, you will:
10. Protect people, property, and assets, maintaining a safe environment
11. Follow Assignment Instructions (AIs) and company policies
12. Identify hazards and take appropriate action to reduce risk
13. Maintain professional standards, including keeping your SIA licence valid
14. Record incidents accurately and communicate effectively with the team and management
15. Work collaboratively as part of a core team, supporting colleagues when needed
16. Adapt to changes and suggest improvements to enhance security operations
What We're Looking For
You will be successful if you have:
17. Required: Valid SIA Licence
18. Required: Minimum 5 years continuous UK residency for security vetting
19. Strong observational and decision-making skills
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to work independently while supporting the team
22. Desirable: SC Clearance
23. Previous security experience (preferred but not essential)
