Position Overview
The Food and Beverage Assistant supports the smooth operation of the hotel’s dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service. This role is essential in delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the standards of the hotel’s food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
* Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or service areas
* Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
* Respond to guest inquiries, dietary needs, and special requests
* Ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment at all times
Bar & Beverage Support
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (if trained and licensed)
* Restock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness of bar area
* Assist with wine service and pairing recommendations
Setup & Maintenance
* Set up dining areas for service, including table settings and decorations
