The Role: High-Quality Private Wealth Advisory Work As a Private Wealth Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload and develop your expertise across the full spectrum of private client matters. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own caseload of Wills, trusts, and estate planning matters Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) Handling estate administration, including complex and taxable estates Supporting clients with Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning Advising on the creation, administration, and winding up of trusts Building strong, long-term client relationships with HNW individuals (£2m–£20m assets) Supporting junior colleagues including trainees and paralegals Contributing to marketing and business development activity Team & Environment You will join a highly regarded Lymington-based Private Wealth team, part of a wider Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised practice.
