As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and developing the early years of our students’ learning, fostering a love for learning from the outset. The Role: As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring that every child develops the essential skills they need for the next stage of their education. You will create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment that inspires curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being in your students. You will work closely with other staff members to implement a rich curriculum and foster a caring, supportive classroom atmosphere. You will help students develop foundational academic and social skills, laying the groundwork for their future educational journey. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum. * Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe and valued. * Observe and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents. * Support children’s emotional, social, and academic development, ensuring they are well-prepared for Year 1. * Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the EYFS. * Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. * Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. * Creative, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to teaching. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. * Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
