The Role Youll play a key role in supporting business priorities by:
? Coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
? Managing communication with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
? Preparing reports, presentations, and key business documents
? Acting as a central point of contact across teams
? Managing a busy executive diary and organising meetings
? Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What Were Looking For?
? Some flexibility, due to working over time zones and some international travel
? Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
? A confident communicator, both written and verbal
? Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
? Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
? Experienced in administration, EA/PA support, or project coordination
? Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, and experience with project tools is a plus.
