RATE: £26.54 per hour (Umbrella) TYPE: 28 hours per week SHIFT PATTERN: 7:00am–2:30pm or 2:00pm–9:30pm (some weekends and late shifts required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Residential Care Home in London. You will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running and development of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered in line with CQC regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about providing person-centred care to older people, including those living with dementia. About You We’re looking for someone who is experienced in managing or supervising teams in a residential or dementia care setting and who is knowledgeable about CQC standards and regulatory compliance. You must be skilled in staff management, coaching, and developing others and committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support. The suitable Deputy Manager will be organised, proactive, and able to handle complex care situations with professionalism whilst being a confident communicator who works well with multidisciplinary teams, families, and service users.
