Your Role as a Mental Health Associate
* Provide Classroom Support: Assist students with academic tasks, social interactions, daily living skills, and emotional regulation.
* Monitor & Track Student Progress: Observe behaviors, document notes, and collaborate with the team to adjust support strategies.
* Implement Behavior Support Plans: Develop and apply positive behavior interventions and ABA techniques.
* Ensure a Safe Learning Environment: Use de-escalation techniques and calming strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with Teachers & Families: Work closely with educators, therapists, BCBAs, and parents for consistent support.
