What You'll Be Doing
* Build strong client relationships and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Advertise roles, source candidates, and ensure compliance.
* Manage candidate submissions and coordinate interviews.
* Oversee onboarding and provide ongoing support to workers.
* Conduct onsite visits and maintain regular client check-ins.
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a consultative role.
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
