We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics provider for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee operations within a healthcare contract. This is a key role focused on delivering high standards of service, operational efficiency, and team leadership. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring accurate stock management, efficient processes, and excellent customer service. Acting as a key interface between operations and the customer, you will lead a team of warehouse operatives and technicians while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiencies. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, resources, and space utilisation Oversee Goods In/Out, stock control, and inventory accuracy Lead and develop warehouse teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and ISO standards Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements Support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives (P&L exposure) Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery Manage audits, reporting, and issue resolution About You Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role (35 years) Strong people management and leadership skills Experience in stock control, audits, and warehouse systems (Oracle desirable) Good IT skills, including Excel Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach Forklift experience/license and full UK driving license preferred Whats on Offer Opportunity to join a growing, reputable logistics business Career development and progression opportunities If you're a proactive Warehouse Manager looking for your next challenge, apply now.
