Key Responsibilities
* Support students with emotional, social, and learning needs
* Use creative and artistic activities to encourage self-expression and confidence
* Work alongside teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
* Build positive relationships with students through empathy, patience, and active listening
* Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and wellbeing support
* Observe and report on student progress and engagement
Ideal Candidate
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Art Therapy, Psychology, Fine Art, Counselling, Education, or a related subject
* Passionate about supporting children and young people
* Creative, patient, and emotionally aware
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with children, SEN, or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential
* A willingness to learn and develop professional skills in therapeutic and educational settings
