The role could become permanent or extended dependent upon business performance. The role is varied and in a fast paced working environment. Duties and Responsibilities * Deliver excellent Customer Service to all customers * Generate and process orders through email/telephone customer contact to deliver the monthly targets as set by Account Managers and Sales Directors for the UK and Other Markets. * Utilise CRM system (when implemented) for recording and planning; orders, actions, complaints, opportunities and general communication. * Office based point of contact for customers to support and answer queries. * Provide overview on sales vs budget in daily meetings. * Activate promotions with customers agreed by the sales team. * Generate good relationships with the account managers. * Operate the Warehouse Management System to ensure the smooth running of the process.
