Join to apply for the Driver/cleaner role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 4-on 4-off night shift pattern.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties across various locations on site.
* Drive the on-site EV Mitie van during working hours.
* Report to the Senior Supervisor and work as part of a team or independently.
* Ensure equipment is clean, well maintained, safe, and in line with SLAs; follow Health and Safety requirements.
* Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service; seek continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK driving licence with no penalty points; held for over one year.
* Ability to provide a complete five-year UK employment history; be able to work outdoors in various conditions.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to communicate and read basic English; reliable, hardworking, flexible, and professional.
* Ability to work night shifts (18:30 – 06:30) on a 4-on 4-off pattern.
