£90k-£110k base + car allowance
I have started working on a brand new role with one of the fastest-growing Big 4 Tax Technology teams in the market - they're looking for a commercially-minded and solutions focused Senior Manager to join their Sales & Growth function. This is not a traditional tax role. This is where tax meets technology, innovation and real business impact.
The Opportunity
Join a high-growth Big 4 team (doubled in size in 6 months) driving technology transformation both internally and across a broad UK & Ireland client base. Sitting within an innovation-led platform team, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling technology-enabled tax solutions.

Leading a portfolio of tech transformation and implementation engagements
Driving go-to-market strategy and scaling tech-enabled tax solutions
Blending client delivery, internal transformation and team leadership
Coaching and developing talent in a fast-growth environment
Supporting commercial growth across a rapidly expanding function

Big 4 or Top 10 Tax background ideally
Qualified (ACA / CA / CTA)
Proven experience in transformation / technology implementation roleCommercial mindset with ownership of propositions or initiatives
