This is a permanent, mobile role offering excellent pay, strong long-term security, and the backing of a supportive, skilled team.Youll be trusted to deliver quality electrical work across void properties, carrying out remedial works, maintenance, testing and repairs all while keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.Salary & Benefits
* £39,290 basic salary

The Role
* Electrical maintenance, remedial works, testing and repairs
* Working across void domestic properties
* Delivering excellent customer service in customers homes
* Working on an out-of-hours rota, including some evening, weekend and Sunday work
* Mobile role covering Matlock and surrounding areas
This is a varied role no two days are the same. Expectations are high, but youll be fully supported by a strong, experienced team who take pride in their work.What Were Looking For
* Completed Electrical Apprenticeship or equivalent
* NVQ Level 3 & City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* AM2
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Testing & Inspection)
* Solid testing experience
* Proven experience working in domestic properties
* Previous experience with a Housing Association, Social Landlord or Local Authority (highly desirable)
* Strong customer service skills and professional approach
* Full UK driving licence essential
