* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Expected hours: 42 per week
* Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off rota

Job Description
ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) Operator
Responsibilities
* Monitor, interrogate, and respond to CCTV/Alarm activations, including escalation and reporting.
* Answer intercoms and inbound telephone calls professionally, promptly, and effectively.
* Use telephone systems effectively following company policies and procedures.
* Support Control Room Supervisors and take control of operations in their absence (subject to training).
* Manage incoming CCTV/Alarm activations for mobile patrols and dispatch response teams accordingly.
* Report operational issues to the supervisor on duty.
Skills and Experience
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer literacy for timely report and document production.
* Investigative skills to identify root causes of issues.
* SIA CCTV license desirable (training provided); applicants must meet eligibility requirements for SIA licensing.
