Electrical Shift M/S Maintenance – Hull
Salary: £51,200 + Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance
Shift Pattern: 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights, 24/7 operation)

As part of their ongoing growth, they're seeking skilled Electrical Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their high-performing maintenance team.

What You'll Be Doing
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of production equipment
* Responding promptly to Electrical and Mechanical breakdowns, using root cause analysis to drive sustainable solutions
* Maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene, and site standards
* Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability-focused initiatives
* Performing electrical fault finding, repairs, and supporting mechanical activities where needed
* Working collaboratively across engineering, production, and quality teams
What We’re Looking For
* Time-served or qualified Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical capability
* Must have proven Electrical qualifications
* Experience within FMCG, food, or other fast-moving, process-driven environments
* Solid understanding of preventive maintenance and asset care principles
* Confident fault finder with a methodical approach to problem-solving
* Skilled in electrical work including isolations, repairs, and control systems troubleshooting
* A proactive, solutions-driven team player who takes pride in delivering high standards
