Profitable, scaling, and investing heavily in product and automation, they're now hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive engagement at scale.
This is modern Customer Success - digital first, insight-led, and built around impact, not endless calls.
What you'll do
* Own a portfolio of digital-led customers using one-to-many engagement
* Drive adoption, retention, and value through automated lifecycle programmes
* Execute onboarding, adoption, maturity, and renewal readiness communications
* Reduce churn through targeted digital interventions
* Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops to deliver seamless journeys
* Deliver digital campaigns (email, in-app, webinars, product comms)
* Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
* Report on engagement, adoption, and programme effectiveness
What you\'ll bring
* Experience in Customer Success OR Account Management in SaaS
* Proven background in digital or scaled engagement models
* Strong analytical mindset with confidence using usage data
* Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
* Process-driven, organised, and commercially minded
