We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and committed Drama Teacher to join the successful Performing Arts faculty at a high-achieving secondary school/academy in Surrey.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position starting in January 2026 (or sooner).

We Are Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* A proven track record as an excellent Drama Teacher, with the ability to confidently teach GCSE and A-Level Drama and Theatre Studies (or BTEC equivalent).
* Strong subject knowledge across performance, practitioners, and theatre history.
* Experience leading and directing extra-curricular performances is highly desirable.
* A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire high levels of engagement and confidence across a diverse student body.
* A collaborative mindset, committed to contributing positively to departmental planning and school life.
Salary and Benefits
* Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for England (Excluding London) (currently £32,916 - £51,048 for 2025/2026).
