The Role:
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be a key player in the delivery of high-impact campaigns and commercial support. From creative brainstorming to rolling up your sleeves on sales decks, you’ll work at the heart of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
You’ll support both our marketing and sales teams while getting hands-on with exciting new product development initiatives. This is a rare chance to be part of building a brand from the inside out.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, retail activations).
- Support the sales team with trade marketing materials, presentations, and promotional planning.
- Collaborate on new product development projects – from idea generation to market launch.
- Research competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Help manage social media accounts and community engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Bring energy, initiative, and ideas to every meeting – we move fast and break ground.
What You Bring:
- A self-starter mentality
- A passion for brand, innovation, and high-performance environments.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales support or a related field (internships welcome).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Confidence with data, PowerPoint, and creative briefs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re proactive, solutions-focused, and thrive on building things from scratch.
