Job Responsibility
About The Role
To drive profitability and expand distribution through the development and optimisation of e-commerce channels. This role involves implementing best practices, managing brand stores, enhancing product visibility, and exploring new opportunities to grow marketplace, D2C, and Pure Play presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies in collaboration with the E-Commerce Manager.
2. Implement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for D2C, Pure Play, and Marketplaces.
3. Maintain standards and best practices for product listings, content creation, distribution, and product page maintenance.
4. Ensure a clear understanding of Amazon Vendor Central (brand registry and protection against infringements).
5. Identify and create opportunities for new and existing listings, making recommendations to drive performance on all platforms.
6. Oversee portfolio on brand stores (D2C), ensuring accurate product listings and collaborating with digital teams to drive growth.
7. Analyze competitor performance and market trends to identify opportunities and threats, utilizing insight platforms to inform business decisions.
8. Develop and execute a 12-month rolling promotional plan within set parameters.
9. Support annual campaigns and initiatives with global brand teams and channel marketing.
10. Monitor and evaluate ongoing activities and ROI.
11. Identify and grow new opportunities within DTC, Marketplaces, and Pure Play channels.
12. Contribute to the overall UK Sales strategy in collaboration with the UK team.
13. Liaise with Marketing on competitor information and new product development.
14. Manage personal professional development to achieve work objectives and career goals.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in mathematical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.
Professional Requirements
* Proven experience in sales management within e-commerce channels.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
