About the Role
As a Sales Manager / Account Manager, you will take ownership of developing new business and managing key FM relationships across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities across the FM sector
* Build and manage relationships with national FM providers including CBRE
* Promote fire damper inspections, surveys and compliance services
* Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth
* Attend client meetings and site visits as required
* Prepare and present proposals for new and existing clients
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities across the UK
* Identify multi‑site and repeat contract opportunities
* Keep up to date with compliance requirements and industry standards
