Receptionist (Maternity Cover)
Location: Rochdale
Hours: Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm / Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Pay: £12.21ph
Contract: Maternity Cover
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our client's team on a part-time maternity cover basis. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Responsibilities
* Greeting visitors and customers, and directing them appropriately.
* Managing customer sales and payments both in person and over the phone.
* Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
* Preparing customer quotations and processing agreements accurately.
* Providing customer access to storage areas and assisting with trolleys.
* Keeping reception and storage areas clean, tidy, and secure.
* Managing post and updating customer records confidentially.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks and other duties as required.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems.
* A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
