Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of long-term financial strategies
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
* Manage and mentor the finance team to drive high performance
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements
* Provide strategic financial insight to support senior leadership decisions
What Experience is Required
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional or QBE
* Must have proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within a groundworks or civils sector organisation
* Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and team management
