Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
* Lead audits from planning to completion, including managing staff and budgets
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Review audit workpapers and reports
* Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Proven track record of managing audits independently
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
