Grade: Scale 5 (£30,354 – £31,806 depending on experience). 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Contract type: Permanent.

Role Overview
The Premises Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the school by conducting regular inspections, updating documentation and carrying out repairs and improvements to the building.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular safety inspections of school premises.
* Update and maintain documentation related to safety and building maintenance.
* Carry out repairs and improvements to the school building.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in premises management or facility maintenance.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
