At VWFS UK, we are on an exciting journey. We are looking for a Supplier Support Specialist to join our newly redesigned Supplier Management team within Customer Operations on a permanent basis. This role involves coordinating key relationships and supporting our Outsource Partners.
Responsibilities
1. Take full ownership of supplier queries, resolving them within the first contact or managing to completion.
2. Keep knowledge of third-party solutions up to date to support the Supply team with horizon scanning and service roadmap development.
3. Understand workflow allocation to effectively triage and manage Customer Services or Collections & Recoveries queries, including early-stage escalations.
4. Support Customer Services Supplier Managers in review meetings, providing insights to develop account performance.
5. Prepare reports to measure supplier performance against SLAs and contractual obligations, driving continual improvement.
6. Coordinate supplier management actions from VWFS committee outputs, such as COBAR.
7. Provide expertise on processes and serve as a point of contact for process improvement.
8. Identify manual and inefficient processes for automation and reduction.
9. Proficiently use multiple internal and third-party systems to deliver excellent customer service.
10. Work within service levels, quality targets, and operational metrics, maintaining customer query inbox within SLA and quality expectations.
11. Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, presenting findings clearly.
12. Coordinate on supplier invoicing processes to ensure timely payments and prevent rogue triggers.
