DXP Talent is hiring for a Hands on IT Manager to join a very successful business in High Wycombe.
With a turnover in excess of £100 million, the business is looking to grow the IT team with an experienced IT Engineer/IT Manager to support current in house Systems in additional to helping them to modernise IT and bring in new ways of thinking.
We're looking for someone with a diverse skill set covering a range of disciplines including:- Servers, Networks, M365, ERP Systems - Table Structures/Reporting/ETL, SQL and a passion for Cyber Security and AI.
No ideas are off the table as they look to modernise IT and in addition it would be beneficial to have line management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
IT Manager/IT Engineer (it's a hand on role)
Line Management
ERP Management and Reporting
On prem and Cloud/M365
Network and Cyber (ideally Cyber Essentials knowledge)
SQL / SQL Server Management Studio
PowerBI/Power Automate
