Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in Finchley.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data driven marketing professional who enjoys combining CRM management, email marketing, lead generation and face to face networking. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns and representing the organisation at industry events.
As a Marketing Executive, you will:
* Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring all customer and prospect data is accurate, organised and up to date
* Build, schedule and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads and generate new business opportunities
* Segment databases and analyse campaign performance to maximise open rates, click through rates and conversions
* Own the lead generation process, identifying and engaging prospective clients through marketing activity
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns that support sales and business development objectives
* Produce regular reports and insights on campaign performance, lead generation activity and marketing effectiveness
* Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences and networking opportunities to promote the business and generate new leads
* Build relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts at events
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to support business growth initiatives
* Ensure CRM data quality and compliance with GDPR requirements
* Monitor marketing trends and recommend innovative ways to improve lead generation and customer engagement
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a Marketing Executive, CRM Executive, Email Marketing Executive, Lead Generation Executive or similar position
* Strong experience using CRM systems and managing customer data
* Proven experience creating and delivering successful email marketing campaigns
* Experience with lead generation and pipeline development activities
* Ability to analyse marketing data and make data driven decisions
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Confident attending events and representing an organisation professionally
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, commercially minded and results focused approach
