Overview
As a Transport Compliance Administrator at Next, you will work closely with the Transport Quality Manager to create basic transport processes and review/analyse fleet and driver compliance/financial information in order to improve service and lower costs. This is a key role working Monday‑Friday within the Transport Compliance team at our flagship distribution centre, E3. As an Administrator, you will use your experience to ensure consistency and accuracy across transport systems.
Responsibilities
* Generate statistics and data for transport management teams and wider business.
* Produce regular reports to agreed deadlines.
* Produce and distribute financial and compliance KPIs, highlighting common themes, trends and discrepancies.
* Update the Quality Management System and Transport website with key process changes.
* Process assigned purchase order numbers and invoices as necessary to manage costs.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels.
* Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, busy and challenging environment.
* Adherence to company policies and procedures; report issues or training needs to line manager.
* Previous administrative experience with intermediate to advanced PC skills in Google Suite.
* Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to understand and interpret information, documenting it clearly and concisely.
* Ability to work accurately and at pace to meet all deadlines.
