COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL MILTON KEYNES, BUCKS £25,000 - £35,000 QED are working with a well-regarded, Legal 500 law firm that’s looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its growing team in Milton Keynes, Bucks with 1-2 days WFH. If you’ve got experience in commercial property and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking firm, this could be the role for you. The Role You’ll be supporting on a wide mix of commercial property work, including: Freehold sales and purchases Acting on leases for both landlords and tenants Rent deposits Share purchase agreements Refinancing matters SIPP transfers Agricultural property transactions Development sales Option and overage agreements Opening and maintaining client files in line with compliance procedures Drafting correspondence and legal documents Handling client enquiries over the phone and by email Carrying out property searches and Land Registry applications Submitting SDLT returns and post-completion work General admin support where needed The Ideal Candidate: The firm is looking for someone who can bring: Previous experience in a Commercial Property team Good knowledge of Microsoft Office A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills The ability to stay organised and manage a busy workload
