Responsibilities
* Conduct maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on a wide range of stairlifts, hoists and home lifts.
* Ensure high-quality service and safety standards.
* Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
* Participate in our on-call rota, receiving additional standby allowance and call-out payment on top of a competitive base salary.
Requirements
* An NVQ level 2 in Lift Engineering or equivalent preferred; training to NVQ level 2 available for the right candidate.
* Proven experience as a Stairlift Engineer or Domestic Engineer within the lift industry.
* A valid UK driving licence.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
