CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them improve their operations.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a top-tier service while using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your daily tasks include communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and fostering relationships with regular clients. You’ll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide the best experience and continuously improve our service.
