Looking for a role where you’re genuinely valued, trusted to lead, and can make a real difference before the first bell’s even rung? This could be your next move. ☕
We’re working with welcoming primary schools across Shropshire who are looking for confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join them ASAP on a full-time basis.
These schools need someone calm, proactive, and ready to jump in where needed, whether that’s leading small group interventions, covering lessons, supporting SEND pupils, or being the extra pair of hands every great classroom runs on.
If you’re the kind of HLTA who can turn chaos into calm and knows exactly where the glue sticks have mysteriously disappeared to… we’d love to hear from you.

* Supporting across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Delivering interventions and covering lessons when required
* Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs

We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds HLTA status or has strong classroom support experience
* Has experience within primary school settings
* Can confidently lead learning and manage classroom behaviour
* Is adaptable, reliable, and happy to get stuck in
* Ideally drives and has access to a vehicle due to school locations across Shropshire
What’s in it for you?
* Friendly, supportive school teams
* Variety, no two days are ever the same
* Opportunities to grow your experience across different settings
* A dedicated consultant who actually listens to what you want
* Schools that value support staff for the difference they make every single day
